Grow in Responsibility, Key to the Encyclical on the Environment

Following the Angelus on Sunday, June 14, in Saint Peter’s Square, Pope Francis, in a few sentences, revealed the key to his Encyclical “Laudato Sii” on “the Care of Our Common Home”.

Pope Francis explained that the Encyclical, Latin for, “Praised Be to You!” is about the environment and aims to make each person face up to his/her “responsibility” in addressing the “degradation” and “recovery” of the environment.

The Encyclical will be published officially Thursday, June 18, 2015.
